Mandy Jacek makes games by day, and art by night.
Mandy received an Associate’s diploma in Illustration and Sequential Art in 2012.
In 2014, she began her games career as an Art Intern on Dragon Age Inquisition. Following, she was an Quality Art Analyst on Mass Effect Andromeda from 2015 to 2016, and the Single Player Campaign on Battlefront II in 2017.
She is currently a Technical Artist at EA Motive Studios, with her most recent title being Star Wars: Squadrons. Her personal project is a comic called Wanderer, about a tiny magic robot.
Mandy has 6+ years in game development having shipped 4 AAA games. With a background in 3D, 2D art and quality assurance, she provides a valuable and unique insight into game and art development. Mandy is straightforward with strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and is a quick and eager learner, with the ability to adapt to new software with proficiency. She is equally as comfortable following instructions as she is taking initiative to get jobs done.
In her free time, Mandy enjoys studying rocks, photography, and playing with her dog Heero.
